With daily reports and weekly evaluations Sir Fagspose supports and pushes TF060 to reach his goal.
Daily Weekly report
Every Monday morning TF060 reports his weight and publishes a photo on Bluesky.
Until the 18th week of this project this was a daily task. But as you can see, it did not bring good results. It even created a lot of stress, which is of course not good if you want to loose weight.
So since the 19th week, TF060 only has to report once a week.

Weekly evaluation
Every Monday morning (USA time) is the weekly evaluation. Did TF060 achieve the goal of last week?
If he did, he gets a compliment from Sir Fagspose and maybe even from you! Please share your encouragements on Bluesky.
If he did not achieve the goal, TF060 will pay a fine. The amount is calculated from the gap between last week's goal and the current weight. The project started with a fine of €20 per pound. Currently the fine is €30 per pound. It will increase in the future, to keep TF060 motivated and focused.

Permanent tasks

Streamed tasks
When TF060 is not reaching the weekly targets, he might have to perform tasks and stream them live. Later they can be seen on YouTube as well.
Task can by as simple as writing lines or physical exercises.
